Hi there and happy Saturday!
I am back to announce the winners of the fall paper pads from LDRS Creative! It took me a little longer than expected to pick the random winners so thanks for being patient with me. 🙂
Drrrrumm roll … The winners are:
Melissa and Amy, please shoot me a message with your addresses within 3 days so I can ship your prizes out.
Have an amazing weekend, everyone! ♥
I have a small giveaway for my blog readers and followers today! Woop! 🙂
Recently I got sent these two 6×6 paper pads by LDRS Creative by accident. I think they are super duper cute and perfect for fall but I don’t use patterned paper that often so I thought I would give them away to someone who might actually use them on their cards or scrapbook layouts or whatever!
HERE’S A LOOK AT THE PAPER PADS I AM GIVING AWAY:
You have TWO chances to win one of the Fall Paper Pads:
- Leave me a comment below!
- For a second chance subscribe to my blog via email or Bloglovin’ (buttons are in the sidebar on the right / down below if you’re on a mobile device) and leave another comment.
I will pick two winners after Tuesday, Sep 25. Shipping is on me … And YES, I do ship internationally! 🙂
Good luck and have an amazing day! ♥
If you follow me on my IG page you already know that I have been away on a crafty weekend and have just gotten back. What can I say – it was simply amazing to spend time with my German crafty friends! My heart is full and I already miss them. ♥
Big huge thanks to dear Christiane @vivaldis_frauchen for organizing it again!
It’s a tradition that we all make these tiny paper gift boxes for each other and fill them with sweets or small (crafty) gifts. This time there were 30 boxes to make which is kind of a challenge when you are not built for massproduction – like I am lol! But it’s so worth it! Looking at all the beautiful handmade boxes and opening them on the first day is better than having a birthday, I am telling ya! 😀
I MADE THESE GIFT BOXES:
The boxes themselves were made only with colored cardstock, a Stampin’ Up punch and a scoring board. I decorated them with Mama Elephant’s “Pandamonium” stamps, tiny die cut hearts and a grass border. The panda bears on the outside already gave a hint to what was inside …
These cute little panda bears (ceramic figures) that are meant to be used as a paint brush holder! I think my crafty friends liked them. 🙂
And look what I got! All of THIS:
Ah-mazing, huh??! Even the three crafty kids that spent the weekend with us made tiny gifts as well! I am so thankful for all of them.
We even got some crafty goodies sponsored by generous stamp companies! One of the goodies that were later given away in a lottery was a beautiful Hooray die from Neat and Tangled and I used it to make a card during the weekend.
MY CARD USING NEAT & TANGLED’S HOORAY DIE:
I ink blended the background using Distress Oxide Inks and splattered some ink on top for a little bit of texture. I die cut the hooray die from black and white cardstock and layered them onto each other for a shadow effect. Lastly, I added rhinestones to the wreath and also some black Nuvo Glossy Drops as embellishments.
I hope you like my projects in this post! If you ever get a chance to meet crafty friends, do it! Make it happen! Time and money can be a challenge, I know but it’s totally worth it. ♥♥♥
Have an amazing day! ♥
