Baby Card with Sleeping Raccoon from Wplus9

Hi there, friends!

I squeezed in making this baby card today with a cute raccoon from Wplus9’s “Forest Friends” stamp set! Another one that I finally used from my stash. 🙂

For my card I combined three different media:

  • an ombre watercolor background using Mijello Mission Gold watercolor paint
  • a crescent moon shape that I die-cut using circle dies – from an alcohol ink piece with gold foil on it (if you want to learn a bit more about “crescent shapes” check out Milka’s challenge by clicking on the banner down below)
  • Copic coloring on the raccoon using both warm and cold greys as well as a white gel pen for details

HERE’S MY FINISHED BABY CARD:

Baby Card Wplus9

The German sentiment means “Welcome Baby” in English.

Have an amazing day! ♥

CAS Cards with Winnie & Walter

Hello!

Today I have three CAS cards for you using Winnie & Walter stamps and dies. It’s a company a like a lot and they usually celebrate World Card Making Day with not one but several card challenges! Now, World Card Making Day has already been a week ago but my week has been busy (and not very good, to be honest) so I am glad they have their link-ups still open to participate in their challenges. 🙂

HERE ARE MY CAS CARDS:

CAS Card Winnie Walter 1

The design is inspired by this card from Gayatri and I left a lot of white space to make it CAS.

CAS Card Winnie Walter 2

This one is the most clean of all three CAS cards. Two layers, one focal point and just a few rhinestones. I also stuck with Shay’s “Lucky 7 Limit” (2 colors, 2 layers, 1 stamp set + corner punch, 1 type of embellishment).

CAS Card Winnie Walter 3

And for no. 3 I made a CAS baby card. I dressed up my die cut with stamping and ink blending and used images/stars from three different stamp sets (Welcome To The Family, Sparkle and Wishing You). The green part below is also ink blended.

Have an amazing day and see you on Tuesday! ♥

“Kreativsüchtig” Craft Magazine … Happy News!

You guys, exciting news!! I am freakin’ happy to have two cards published in a craft magazine!! It’s German and it’s called “Kreativsüchtig Magazin” (‘addicted to creativity’ magazine) and that is one of my cards at the bottom of the cover!! 😍💥 I used Lawn Fawn stamps and dies for the galaxy shaker card and Winnie & Walter stamps for the Christmas card. I suggest you go and pre-order your copy now! 😉🤗 Once they are gone, they’re gone. There is a list of places to order over here on Kreativsüchtig Magazin’s FB page.
