CAS Triangle Cards with Altenew

Hello!

I squeezed in some time to play with my never before used Triangle dies from Altenew (love!) and took the challenge of making a card with the color scheme from their current Inspiration Challenge! This color combo Isee banner below) is far outside my comfort zone but you all know I love a good cardmaking challenge and stretch my creative muscles in that way! πŸ˜‰

HERE’S MY FINISHED TRIANGLE CARD:

CAS Triangle Card with Altenew 1

I was going for a CAS design with some dimension to it (thanks, foam tape!) … And texture from the ink smooshing and splattering. The label sentiments look almost black in the pictures but are actually stamped with a dark green ink. Sentimentssss, yes – because I had so many leftover pieces after making this card that I put together a second one with a very similar design.

SECOND CARD FROM LEFTOVERS:

  1. Fun graphic cards, Rosali. Clever use of the leftover pieces to create a second equally beautiful card. This colour palette is outside my wheelhouse, too, but you did a fabulous job with it. The smooshing and splattering gives lovely texture and dimension. Thank you for joining us at Less is More. xx
