MFT Stamps: Furever Friends Card

Hello friends! After a longer break I am finally back with a new blog post, woop! ๐Ÿ˜€ Sometimes life happens and keeps you from crafting and spending time online … I bet some of you have been there as well. I found it a bit hard to get back into my routine of crafting but after I started with some die-cutting and coloring I am now back to making whole cards! ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

I used MFT Stamps current Color Card Challenge (see banner down below) as inspiration to get my card design started – the colors are very unusual for me so it really was a challenge, but I ended up using a lot of white as well so I think I incorporated the colors into my cardmaking style pretty well in the end.

MY FINISHED FURRY FRIEND CARD:

Finishing the design took a while, to be honest lol. I was moving the cute dog and cat image around on my cardfront and tried out different sentiments … Then I finally found one that fit and then I remembered the last week’s MFT sketch from their card challenge site and ta-dah – I had found my layout! I hope you like it.

Oh, and here is a link to my Sketch Challenge Pinterest board in case you want to follow:

Have an amazing day! โ™ฅ

  1. Hi Rosali! This is absolutely adorable and your coloring is just perfect. I really like the die cuts you used as well and that really inspires me. Thanks so much for joining my Dog Days of Summer blog challenge and good luck ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. So good to have you back and making things again. It is hard to get back into it. Sometimes I have to force myself but then I have a great time and it pushes me on. This is super sweet. I love the details on the card background with those patterns. xx
